 HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

HIIT


This 45-60 minute, high-energy class combines strength training, movement training, core training, and cardio into one powerful session. Designed to improve your muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, movement efficiency, and joint range of motion, it’s the perfect way to challenge your body and elevate your performance.

While this class is considered high intensity, every workout is easily modified to meet you where you are—whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete.


This class is for you if you’re:

  • Wanting to get excited about fitness again
  • Just starting your fitness journey

Have limitations or injuries? 

No problem, come early and speak with the coach, they will get you modified exercises!   


What to expect:

Each class starts with exercise instruction & 

technique, total body warm-up then approx. a 

30-40 minute class

5am, 6:05am, 8:15am, 12:15pm

Monday & Wednesday

5:30pm

Saturday 7:30 am

Pure Strength class is designed for individuals of all fitness levels, with a focus on functional strength training done right. This well-rounded resistance training program is led by expert instructors and emphasizes proper technique, improved strength, better movement patterns, injury prevention, and mobility.


You'll be guided through a variety of exercises that build a solid foundation in functional strength—helping you move better, feel stronger, and perform each movement with confidence and precision.


Whether you're new to strength training or looking to refine your skills, Pure Strength class will support your progress and challenge you at just the right level.
