This 45-60 min class incorporates, cardio, strength training, movement training, and core training all in one class. This Class is designed to improve your muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, movement efficiency & joint range of motion.
This class IS considered a high intensity class, but is easily modified to meet you at your current fitness level!

This class will challenge you and encourage you to push just past your comfort zone where the magic happens!
