HIIT Classes

Group Strength

Beginner HIIT

This 45-60 min class incorporates, cardio, strength training, movement training, and core training all in one class.  This Class is designed to improve your muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, movement efficiency & joint range of motion.  

This class IS considered a high intensity class, but is easily modified to meet you at your current fitness level! 


If you are:

  • bored with your current workout
  • wanting to supplement your current workout
  • looking to get excited about your fitness routine
  •  just getting into fitness 
  • a training weekend warrior
  • tired of not being able to keep up with your kiddos
  • looking for that encouraging gym family that will keep you accountable 
  • wanting to PR in a race


...then this class is for you! 

This class will prepare you for whatever life throws at you!  


 Have limitations or injuries? No problem, come early and speak with the coach, they will get you modified exercises!   


What to expect:

Each class starts with exercise instruction & technique, total body warm-up then approx a 

30-40 minute class 

stretch

Monday-Wednesday-Friday

5am, 6:05am, 8:15am, 12:15pm


Saturday 7:30 am

This is a beginner friendly 45 min high intensity class that incorporates cardio, strength training, functional movement training, core training, movement efficiency & joint range of motion.   This class is for the fitness newbie, beginner level,  those trying to get back into fitness & the seasoned athlete!  This class will challenge you and encourage you to push just past your comfort zone where the magic happens! 

No matter your fitness level, we offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.   


 If you are:

  • new to fitness
  • wanting to improve your strength, power & endurance
  • looking for something new
  • looking to supplement your strength session & likely not to do this on your own
  • tired of the typical elliptical/treadmill/bike boring workout
  • looking for a supportive, encouraging, motivating gym family 
  • looking for a fun challenging workout
  • wanting to PR in a road race


...then this class is for you!!!

Muscle is the key to longevity and vitality! This 60 min. strength training class will either begin or finish with a cardio session and is designed to build muscle, strength, mobility, balance and confidence.    

No matter your fitness level, we offer modifications to accommodate.    


 If you are:

  • new to fitness
  • wanting  to improve your strength, power & endurance
  • returning from an injury
  • looking for something new
  • wanting to build your confidence in the weight room
  • wanting to try the HIIT class but new to fitness?
